The Black Hole Theatre Company is proud to present the fourth show of the 2017/2018 Lunch B.H.A.G.G. season: Chamber Music by Arthur Kopit.
Chamber Music is a darkly comic example of American theatre of the absurd. It charts the encounters of what appear to be eight famous historical women. Set in an insane asylum in 1938, this play reflects on the mistreatment of women throughout history.
The women believe themselves to be:
Susan B. Anthony (Shona Grewer)
Amelia Earhart (Nikki Hauta)
Constanze Mozart (Bailey Chin)
Osa Johnson (Kyra Krasnigg)
Joan of Arc (Annie MacRae)
Queen Isabella I of Spain (Julie Anderson)
Pearl White (Helen Zerai)
Gertrude Stein (Anaka Sandhu)
The cast also includes Justin Antoski-Beaudoin and Sam Hodge.
Stage manager Kerensa Peters and I personally invite you to this special event.
